• •Key Responsibilities Renew and expand our product through our customers Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers Identify risks for customers and proactively address them with a mitigation plan Strive for full utilization of customer orders, identify new opportunities Network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships Requirements Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable qualification Familiar with B2B customer development and tracking customer needs Experience with CRM/CSM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Fluent in German and English, French skills a plus
