Manage commercial customers and build relationships with lending partners to support business growth.
- •This role is about owning and developing a portfolio of clients, becoming their go-to finance partner, and supporting their businesses as they grow.
- •You’ll be responsible for building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, taking the time to truly understand how their businesses operate.
- •Key Responsibilities Contact, engage and manage commercial customers through their application process.
- •Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners.
- •Outbound prospect customers from your dedicated Accounts Portfolio.
- •Building on your knowledge of business finance, and gaining an in-depth understanding of lenders and products.
- •Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with (in Salesforce).
- •Requirements We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Partner (Senior Commercial Finance Broker) to help build and scale our Account Management function.
- •You’ll be responsible for building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
- •Through structured, high-quality conversations, you’ll uncover funding requirements and match clients to the most appropriate products and lenders.
- •We expect you to deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
