About the role
Execute CRM strategies and manage marketing automation for member engagement.
- •We are looking for a proactive, curious, and eager CRM Manager to join our Headquarter team in Berlin.
- •In this mid-level role, you will play a key part in executing our newsletter formats and lifecycle strategy, to maintain long-lasting relationships with our members through personalized, context-driven messaging.
- •Key Responsibilities Ideation, planning, and execution of regular newsletter formats and manual campaigns (emails, pushes, and in-apps).
- •Contributing to the lifecycle management strategy by setting up new touchpoints and tests within user flows.
- •Monitoring campaigns, building reports, and analyzing KPIs to continuously optimize performance.
- •Supporting the team in leveraging AI to automate existing processes and scouting for new opportunities.
- •Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, with a solid understanding of mobile and web environments.
- •Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Airship, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools.
- •Commercially savvy and data-driven, with a love for challenging daily work by looking into data to generate new ideas.
- •Proficient in spoken and written English, and fluent in German.
