Lead complex enterprise deployments and optimize implementation strategies.

• •Lead complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations in a post-sales capacity, ensuring strategic, technical, and commercial objectives are fully realized in client delivery.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead 8-12 enterprise deployments quarterly, driving $10M+ in eARR with ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• •Define end-to-end implementation strategy, managing complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and risk.
• •Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions and tooling.
• •Strategically partner with Engineering and Product, influencing the roadmap with client insights and technical feedback.
• •Requirements 7–10+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture (SaaS/enterprise software).
• •Led complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations.
• •Deep technical skills; credibly engages engineering while translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• •Drove operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality.
