Own and close complex enterprise sales deals for Alan's health insurance platform.
- •Alan is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own full sales cycles with very large companies (3,000+ employees), positioning Alan as a strategic partner in health.
- •Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage, and close enterprise customers including CAC40 companies.
- •Own entire sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing.
- •Manage multi-stakeholder processes, RFPs and long sales cycles.
- •Co-create customized insurance and digital solutions with clients and brokers.
- •Requirements Experience in enterprise/B2B sales and account management.
- •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments (HR, CFO, Legal, brokers).
- •Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Comfort with face-to-face meetings and long sales cycles.
