Own and close complex enterprise sales deals for Alan's health insurance platform.

  • Alan is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own full sales cycles with very large companies (3,000+ employees), positioning Alan as a strategic partner in health.
  • Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage, and close enterprise customers including CAC40 companies.
  • Own entire sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder processes, RFPs and long sales cycles.
  • Co-create customized insurance and digital solutions with clients and brokers.
  • Requirements Experience in enterprise/B2B sales and account management.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments (HR, CFO, Legal, brokers).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with face-to-face meetings and long sales cycles.
