Partner Success Associate APAC

Drive adoption and manage university accounts in APAC for FeedbackFruits.

• •Partner Success Associate owning a portfolio of APAC university accounts, driving adoption, onboarding, and technical setup for FeedbackFruits' platform while representing the company regionally.
• •Key Responsibilities Run onboarding sessions and tailored training workshops for faculty and instructional designers Support LMS configuration and technical setup across accounts Prepare adoption data summaries and usage reports to drive action Manage pilot implementations and support renewals/upsell activities Requirements At least 1 year of client-facing experience (customer success, L&D, hospitality, etc.) Bachelor's degree and excellent business English Familiarity with higher education or LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace) is a plus Based in Australia with full working rights and willingness to travel
