About the role
Manage key customer relationships while providing technical solutions for fraud prevention and AML compliance products.
- •Sardine is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between Account Management and Solution Architecture.
- •You will manage key customers, helping them maximize value from fraud prevention and compliance products while collaborating with internal risk and data science teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers to maximize ROI and solve complex technical problems.
- •Build and monitor KPIs while advising on fraud and compliance best practices.
- •Work with risk analytics teams to proactively address new fraud typologies.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
- •Deep domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or financial crime risk.
- •Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency and the ability to interpret ML model outputs.
