  • Sardine is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between Account Management and Solution Architecture.
  • You will manage key customers, helping them maximize value from fraud prevention and compliance products while collaborating with internal risk and data science teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers to maximize ROI and solve complex technical problems.
  • Build and monitor KPIs while advising on fraud and compliance best practices.
  • Work with risk analytics teams to proactively address new fraud typologies.
  • Requirements 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or financial crime risk.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency and the ability to interpret ML model outputs.
