• •As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Mexico, you will drive large-scale agricultural sustainability programs.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between Arable and strategic partners Build and manage strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, partners, and growers Lead the implementation of agricultural sustainability and water stewardship programs across Mexico Provide direction and oversight to partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance Engage with growers and ensure a strong overall customer experience Requirements Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong background in agriculture, irrigation, agronomy, or agtech Proven experience managing external partnerships and stakeholders Ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
