About the role
Serve as a technical expert for global partnerships, defining technical strategy and solving complex problems.
- •As a Staff Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will engage with key technology partner companies, present Rasa’s technology, and address technical questions or concerns during the setup of the partnership.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with key technology partner companies by presenting Rasa’s technology while addressing any technical questions or concerns that arise during the setup of the partnership.
- •Develop a deep understanding of Rasa’s products and technology and work closely with the Product and Sales teams to resolve technical blockers.
- •Educate partners on Rasa’s products.
- •Requirements 7+ Years in a customer-facing role (Sales/Solutions Engineer or Enterprise Architect or similar).
- •Deep proficiency and experience in Software Engineering through a previous role.
- •Experience in working with Fortune 500 companies.
