Head of Value Attainment

Lead the function to prove and scale clinical and financial impact by building a value measurement system.

• •The Head of Value Attainment will build and lead the function responsible for proving and scaling Ambience's clinical and financial impact.
• •This role owns the infrastructure, methodology, and team to operationalize value measurement across care settings.
• •Key Responsibilities Stand up a scalable value measurement system, transitioning from bespoke analyses to a repeatable framework.
• •Define precise, defensible metrics and support readiness for performance-based contracts.
• •Drive automation and scalability in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Data teams.
• •Build and lead the Value Attainment team, defining structure, hiring talent, and establishing an operating model.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, data science, or implementation consulting.
• •Proven ability to design scalable, repeatable processes from ambiguous workflows.
• •Experience building and leading analytical teams and operating models.
