Senior Identity Access Engineer

Lead identity automation, integrations, and governance for workforce identity systems.

• •Lead and scale workforce identity automation across enterprise systems, owning identity lifecycle workflows, SSO/MFA integrations, and identity governance.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain joiner/mover/leaver automations and SCIM provisioning.
• •Own SSO and MFA integrations across SaaS apps.
• •Design integrations between HRIS, IdP, and downstream systems.
• •Support identity monitoring, incident response, and audit activities (ITGC/SOX).
• •Requirements 6+ years experience in IAM/Identity Engineering.
• •Hands-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• •Strong understanding of SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• •Scripting/automation experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
