Technical Project Manager - Oracle

Lead Oracle-focused technical project management for AI modernization programs.

• •Tessera Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep, hands-on Oracle expertise to lead strategic customer implementations.
• •You will bridge Tessera's AI solutions with complex Oracle landscapes, ensuring predictable and successful integration.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of AI modernization programs integrating with Oracle EBS/Cloud Fusion.
• •Lead cross-functional pods through complex Oracle landscapes, anticipating technical friction points.
• •Act as the primary technical interpreter between customer Oracle teams and Tessera's AI/product organizations.
• •Drive Agile delivery within enterprise constraints and manage technical escalations.
• •Requirements 4-6+ years of experience managing technical delivery of Oracle projects (EBS R12, Oracle Cloud Fusion).
• •Proven experience in technical program management or engineering program delivery.
• •Ability to explain Oracle technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• •Strong command of Agile methodologies and experience orchestrating cross-functional delivery.
