• •You will own the customer outcome and relationship end-to-end.
• •Key Responsibilities Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
• •Map customer workflows and redesign broken processes.
• •Translate business logic into agent behavior and configure agents against customer systems.
• •Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes as needed.
• •Debug live agents and iterate quickly to ensure customer success.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience shipping against real customer environments, preferably in AI-native roles.
• •Hands-on with modern AI tooling: LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering.
• •Strong systems thinking, process design instinct, and comfort with code-adjacent territory (SQL, Python, JS scripting, APIs).
