- •Real Estate (West) to define and drive the operational strategy for its airport infrastructure portfolio.
- •This leader will oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and cross-functional execution to support CLEAR's long-term growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, governance, and execution of CLEAR's airport infrastructure and real estate portfolio.
- •Lead portfolio planning and capital allocation by overseeing the Leasehold Improvement Request (LIR) process.
- •Establish portfolio management standards, governance frameworks, reporting, and performance metrics.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure successful execution.
- •Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize project delivery, and optimize capital investments.
- •Requirements Leading large, complex infrastructure, capital, or real estate portfolios.
- •Developing portfolio governance, operating models, and executive reporting.
- •Influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across cross-functional organizations.
