Sell scalable English training solutions to HR and L&D leaders in Japan.

  • Cambly seeks an Account Executive to grow its B2B presence in Japan by partnering with HR and L&D leaders to sell scalable English training solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities Plan target accounts and build a regional sales strategy.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle including inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Execute consultative selling with senior stakeholders and C-suite.
  • Use in-person networking and travel (up to 5%) for meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and global teams.
  • Requirements 3+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/HR Tech preferred).
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Must be based in Japan with valid local work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches.
