Sell scalable English training solutions to HR and L&D leaders in Japan.
- •Cambly seeks an Account Executive to grow its B2B presence in Japan by partnering with HR and L&D leaders to sell scalable English training solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan target accounts and build a regional sales strategy.
- •Manage full sales lifecycle including inbound and outbound efforts.
- •Execute consultative selling with senior stakeholders and C-suite.
- •Use in-person networking and travel (up to 5%) for meetings and events.
- •Collaborate with Marketing and global teams.
- •Requirements 3+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/HR Tech preferred).
- •Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- •Must be based in Japan with valid local work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
- •Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches.
