The Regional Lead, Partner Success - ANZ role drives adoption and satisfaction of Stellic's platform among partner institutions.
- •As a Regional Partner Success Lead, you will build strong relationships, drive adoption, and champion partner satisfaction with Stellic’s degree management platform.
- •You’ll collaborate closely with both partners and internal teams to remove roadblocks, streamline processes, and help institutions realize the full value of Stellic.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise implementation journey for higher ed partners.
- •Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across partner institutions.
- •Establish clear success metrics and drive product adoption and utilization.
- •Own renewals end-to-end to achieve 95% retention rate.
- •Requirements Located in Sydney Australia with ability to travel to east coast (NSW region) to visit partners and International travel 4+ years Partner service/success experience Experience with education technology, student information systems, or similar B2B SaaS support Excellent written and verbal communication
