Senior Program Manager, Data Quality

Ensure data quality for ML models by setting standards and measuring performance.

• •Own quality diagnostics and improvement across labeling pipelines, setting standards, measuring continuously, and closing gaps that impact model safety and performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Define quality standards and instrument pipelines to measure data quality continuously.
• •Build inter-annotator agreement frameworks, taxonomy governance, and sampling methodologies.
• •Audit live workflows, query production databases, and root-cause labeling failures.
• •Translate quality metrics to model performance and executive-ready reporting.
• •Requirements 5+ years embedded with ML, data operations, or software engineering teams.
• •SQL fluency for independent investigation and analysis.
• •Deep experience with ML data pipelines, annotation workflows, and taxonomy design.
• •Experience managing large-scale offshore or distributed annotation teams.
