Drive technical adoption and expansion of AI products across strategic federal accounts.

  • Manage adoption and expansion of Cognition's AI products (Devin and Windsurf) across strategic federal accounts, focusing on technical discovery, demos, pilots, and enablement to drive growth and operationalization.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and grow 1-4 strategic federal accounts, driving adoption and long-term success.
  • Build relationships with champions, executives, technical leaders, and end users to expand deployment.
  • Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, pilots, training, and enablement.
  • Navigate procurement, security, legal, and change-management blockers with partners and SIs.
  • Requirements Significant experience in the federal ecosystem or large federal contractors/SIs/OEMs.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles managing strategic, complex accounts.
  • Technical credibility with software engineering concepts and developer workflows to run demos and engage engineers.
  • Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and willingness to travel.
