• •An internship supporting the Onboarding & CSM teams to engage clients, analyse data, and assist in daily customer success operations for Workwize's SaaS platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and customer success activities Engage with clients to ensure successful product adoption Assist with day-to-day operations and supplier/warehouse coordination Perform data analysis to inform client engagement Requirements Curiosity and proactive attitude Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams Willingness to learn customer success and onboarding processes Available for a six-month, full-time internship
