Owns the end-to-end design strategy and execution for BetterUp's Growth surface.

• •Design plays a central role in BetterUp's mission to pioneer human transformation at scale.
• •As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you'll own the full Growth surface at BetterUp.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for BetterUp's full Growth surface.
• •Lead growth test design: rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate on conversion and activation experiments.
• •Define and evolve the onboarding experience, shaping the new user journey from first touch to time-to-value.
• •Requirements 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful depth in Growth, conversion optimization, or funnel-stage product surfaces.
• •Proven track record running and learning from high-cadence design experiments.
• •Experience designing onboarding flows, email/notification systems, and auth experiences for consumer or B2B SaaS products.
