Strategy & Ops Lead, AI Education

Lead operations for AI education programs, managing curriculum and automation.

• •Lead day-to-day operations for Leland's AI education programs, owning cohort delivery, curriculum, staffing, and automation to scale live programs.
• •Key Responsibilities Run cohort delivery end-to-end: enrollment, schedules, comms, instructor coordination, and demo days.
• •Own and improve curriculum materials and session content across programs.
• •Build AI-powered automations and workflows to reduce manual work.
• •Recruit, onboard, and manage instructors, TAs, and peer reviewers.
• •Requirements 2–5 years experience in operations, product, education, or project management.
• •Experience building automations and using AI tools (AI-native operator).
• •Strong project management and Notion-based tracking skills.
• •Experience with curriculum design, cohort delivery, and strong written communication.
