- •This role is key in shaping and enhancing digital products for the health division, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging app and web experiences for women's health journeys.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the end-to-end digital customer experience across the Health Companion App, website, and webshop.
- •Define and execute the product roadmap for the Companion App and digital ecosystem, prioritizing features for engagement and retention.
- •Optimize the complete digital customer journey from discovery to repeat purchase using data and analytics.
- •Develop a robust product analytics and measurement framework.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Experience Manager, or E-commerce product manager.
- •Demonstrated success owning and optimizing digital ecosystems including mobile apps, websites, and webshops.
- •Strong expertise in digital product management, UX/UI, customer journeys, e-commerce optimization, and product analytics.
- •Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- •Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
