About the role
TL;DR
Lead product development for healthcare practice payments and revenue cycle management.
- •As a Staff Product Manager for Payments, you will define and build products that help healthcare practices manage the financial side of patient care, owning critical parts of the payments and revenue cycle experience.
- •This is a zero to one product leadership role where you will identify unmet customer needs, define product strategy, and build new capabilities from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and build products for healthcare practice payments and revenue cycle management.
- •Own critical parts of the payments and revenue cycle experience, including patient responsibility, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- •Identify unmet customer needs and define product strategy for new capabilities.
- •Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market and scale them.
- •Requirements 6+ years of product management experience building B2B products.
- •Meaningful product experience in healthcare insurance, including familiarity with healthcare claims and remittance workflows and the ability to read and interpret 835 and 837 files.
- •Experience working at a startup or early stage company with a demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership, speed, ambiguity, and limited resources.
- •Track record of taking complex products from zero to one, from problem identification to launch and iteration.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
