• •Design and run reliable IT operations, including service management and incident response.
• •Ensure strong security posture and compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a proven track record of transformation.
• •Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security fundamentals.
• •Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and compliance standards.
• •Hands-on experience with cybersecurity fundamentals and incident response.
