• •Finite State is seeking a Digital Growth & AI Search Lead to spearhead their discovery and digital growth strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and execute a full-funnel digital growth strategy across SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery channels.
• •Drive and expand digital mindshare and share of voice across search engines and AI platforms.
• •Define and operationalize intent-driven marketing programs to capture high-value audiences.
• •Optimize content and digital experiences for AI-driven discovery and generative search outputs.
• •Build and maintain visibility tracking systems for citations, sentiment, and funnel performance.
• •Requirements 6-10+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO and digital growth. 2+ years of hands-on experience with AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization.
• •Strong understanding of intent data, buyer journeys, and AI/LLM visibility.
• •Advanced proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• •Proven ability to translate data into scalable growth strategies and build performance dashboards.
