• •As a Senior Product Designer on the AI Product Design team, you'll help build the next generation of intelligent software development experiences.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the design process end-to-end: from ambiguous early exploration through to polished, shipped experiences.
• •Design intuitive interfaces for AI agents, create seamless chat experiences for developers, and establish design patterns that make advanced AI capabilities feel natural and accessible.
• •Set the craft bar and define strategic direction for AI-powered experiences.
• •Enable the broader team by contributing AI-specific patterns to the design system and sharing knowledge.
• •Mentor and grow other designers in developing their skills.
• •Requirements A strong portfolio showing how you think and iterate, ideally including AI/ML products, agentic workflows, or natural language interfaces.
• •Experience designing for AI workflows and understanding the unique challenges of multi-step, agentic, or automated processes.
• •Ability to bring validated user evidence and a strong point of view to roadmap discussions.
