  • About the Role We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets.
  • You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and close—working directly with senior executives, innovation teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • This is a high-impact role where you’ll help define Synthflow’s enterprise go-to-market motion, influence product direction through client insights, and build long-term partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • What You’ll Do Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities, particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.
