Product Builder, Performance Marketing Agents

• •You'll work at the intersection of product, AI, and customer outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Build AI-powered agents that help marketing teams plan, execute, optimize, and analyze performance marketing programs.
• •Lead product development from problem definition through launch and ongoing iteration.
• •Work directly with enterprise customers and agency partners to understand workflows, validate concepts, and uncover new opportunities.
• •Prototype new experiences using modern AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate learning and product development.
• •Define and measure product success through customer adoption, business outcomes, and marketing performance improvements.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, or similar builder-focused roles.
• •Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and how AI products are developed, deployed, and improved over time.
• •Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch and drive ongoing improvement after release.
