TL;DR
Support the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations for enterprise customers.
- •Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Consultant, the Implementation Specialist has a critical customer-facing role focused on launching our large and enterprise customers across the U.S. market.
- •This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations.
- •Key Responsibilities Support project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training Participate in the planning and execution of customer training Configure the AlayaCare platform based on defined business requirements Action risk and issue mitigation plans defined by Consultants and the Project Manager during implementation Contribute to keeping projects on time and on budget through strong execution and follow-through Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, project delivery, or implementation-related role Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with a willingness to take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems readily and voluntarily Curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovative solutions Strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
