About the role
Lead and manage the APAC Customer Success team.
- •Lead APAC Customer Success, managing 5–10 CSMs and key accounts to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy for Elliptic's blockchain analytics platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key accounts, securing renewals and ARR expansion.
- •Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed CSM team across APAC.
- •Define and execute regional CS strategy aligned to global vision.
- •Build scalable onboarding, health scoring, and success planning frameworks.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes.
- •Requirements 7+ years in Customer Success/Account Management with 3+ years people management.
- •Proven B2B SaaS retention, expansion, and satisfaction track record.
- •Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable across APAC market dynamics.
- •Operational excellence with data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.
