About the role

Lead and manage the APAC Customer Success team.

  • Lead APAC Customer Success, managing 5–10 CSMs and key accounts to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy for Elliptic's blockchain analytics platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key accounts, securing renewals and ARR expansion.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed CSM team across APAC.
  • Define and execute regional CS strategy aligned to global vision.
  • Build scalable onboarding, health scoring, and success planning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes.
  • Requirements 7+ years in Customer Success/Account Management with 3+ years people management.
  • Proven B2B SaaS retention, expansion, and satisfaction track record.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable across APAC market dynamics.
  • Operational excellence with data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.
