• •Rad AI is seeking a Lead Product Manager for AI Speech to define, steer, and execute the strategy for advanced AI-driven Speech features.
• •This role involves working with proprietary datasets and deep learning models to improve radiologist productivity and patient outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for AI-driven speech features from ideation through launch.
• •Collaborate with ML and data science teams to translate model capabilities into user workflows.
• •Drive end-to-end productization of AI Speech-to-Text, including model evaluation and performance monitoring.
• •Partner with engineering and design to create human-centric user experiences that build trust in AI speech outputs.
• •Define and track key success metrics for AI speech features.
• •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading AI/ML or data-driven products.
• •Proven success launching AI-powered features at scale, ideally in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.
• •Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles and model evaluation.
