Strategic Revenue Operations leader for Barti.
- •Barti is looking for a strategic Revenue Operations leader to take ownership of the entire revenue funnel.
- •This hands-on role requires a strategic leader who will partner directly with department leaders to translate our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy into daily execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect scalable GTM motions that integrate and optimize performance across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels.
- •Take over and manage our core GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and tight cross-functional alignment.
- •Define, build, and operationalize core revenue metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a Revenue Operations role.
- •You understand the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS) and have experience architecting GTM motions that include inbound, partnerships, and outbound.
- •Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong.
