Staff Software Engineer to rebuild the GP experience from the ground up.

• •The Funds team owns the workflows that GPs rely on daily: configuration, capital activity, reporting, documents, and the UI that makes it all feel intuitive.
• •This is a Staff Engineer opportunity to rebuild the GP experience from the ground up.
• •Key Responsibilities Define the architecture of the new GP dashboard.
• •Own product-level decisions for institutional GPs.
• •Identify where AI can eliminate operational friction in fund management workflows.
• •Drive technical direction across the boundaries between Funds and adjacent systems.
• •Raise the ceiling of a small, high-ownership team.
• •Requirements Operated at staff level or equivalent with impact beyond immediate team.
• •Comfortable on customer calls and in systems design reviews.
• •Demonstrated a multiplier effect on engineering teams.
