Engineering Manager - Cloud

Lead a Cloud squad within Dataiku's Cloud Engineering team.

• •Lead a new Cloud squad within Dataiku's Cloud Engineering team, balancing hands-on technical work with people leadership to deliver scalable cloud features and infrastructure.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership: architecture, code reviews, prototyping, and technical debt reduction.
• •Build and grow the team: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• •Contribute technically to the codebase on non-critical work to maintain velocity.
• •Translate product roadmaps into deliverable features and drive sustainable team delivery.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with SRE, Product, and Ops/Analytics.
• •Requirements Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• •Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS.
• •Frontend familiarity (TypeScript/Vue.js) and backend/datastore experience (PostgreSQL).
• •Proven people leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
