  • You will own the strategy and execution of community engagement across various channels, ensuring customer insights shape product decisions.

  • Create and manage community programs, including content series and customer advisory boards.
  • Design and execute in-person and virtual events to connect customers.
  • Own community channels and drive authentic engagement.
  • Surface customer insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Requirements 4-6 years of experience in community management or customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build community programs from scratch.
  • Deep empathy for customers and curiosity about their world.
