About the role
TL;DR
Support customers and internal processes in the Climate Success team.
- •Join Emidat's Climate Success team as a full-time Intern to support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to technical assistance.
- •You will gain insights into product management, LCA engineering, and the building materials industry.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the CS team across all stages of the customer journey, including customer meetings and validating EPD and LCA data.
- •Contribute to and help shape internal processes, such as automating workflows and analyzing user behavior.
- •Own an individual project end-to-end, driving its improvement and implementation.
- •Gain direct insight into the collaboration between CS, Product, and LCA Domain Experts.
- •Requirements Business fluent in German (C2/Native) and English (C1/C2).
- •Demonstrated previous experience taking projects from start to finish.
- •Hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, or accelerating deliverables.
- •Demonstrated interest in climate topics, the building materials/construction industry, or software for technical processes.
