• •Enpal is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver practical sales training across Germany, focusing on onboarding new sales employees and enhancing existing teams through coaching and feedback.
• •This role involves ensuring consistent knowledge transfer on products and processes.
• •Key Responsibilities Conduct practical sales training at Enpal locations nationwide.
• •Onboard new sales employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• •Train teams on new products, sales processes, and best practices.
• •Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to improve training concepts.
• •Travel to Enpal locations across Germany 2-3 times per month.
• •Requirements Proven sales experience and ideally experience in sales training, coaching, or workshops.
• •Ability to inspire and effectively convey knowledge to develop teams.
• •Confident demeanor, independent work style, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
