• •Antares is seeking an R&D Software Engineer to build software systems that enable fast, rigorous experimental engineering.
• •This role supports test campaigns, prototype development, and engineering analysis by creating tools, automation frameworks, and data workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Build software-hardware interface tools for R&D testing and experimental campaigns.
• •Develop test automation frameworks for lab equipment and instrumentation.
• •Create software interfaces to collect, process, store, and visualize engineering test data.
• •Build internal tools for experiment setup, test execution, and data review.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand experimental needs and build tools.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related technical field. 4+ years of experience developing software for engineering, test, or R&D environments.
• •Strong programming ability in Python and C++.
