TL;DR

Lead a team of C# engineers building and enabling platform microservices.

•Delinea is seeking a Team Lead, Staff C# Engineer for Platform Enablement to guide a team responsible for micro-services on the Delinea Platform.
•This role involves accelerating other teams and understanding the full system architecture from data calls to cloud service interactions.
•Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of software engineers, including hiring, coaching, and career development.
•Manage the day-to-day work of the platform enablement engineering team, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and platform reliability.
•Own delivery of the team’s roadmap for multiple platform services, ensuring alignment with Delinea’s engineering standards.
•Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps/SRE teams to define and prioritize the roadmap.
•Champion engineering best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship.
•Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with C# .NET and microservices architectures.
•Experience leading a team of engineers.
•Hands-on background with Azure and/or AWS
•Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud security fundamentals.
•Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
•Deep understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and privileged access control.
