  • The Customer Success Manager I owns strategy and long-term success for mid-market customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of the Achievers recognition platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Provide platform expertise and drive product adoption through virtual and face-to-face meetings Establish KPIs, track implementation and post-implementation adoption Manage revenue pipeline, up-sell and cross-sell, and prepare stakeholder reports Lead workshops, training, and handle account escalations Requirements 3+ years account management experience at a SaaS company Sales training and experience managing a sales pipeline/quota Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce and strong presentation skills Analytical skills with Excel/PowerPoint to produce reporting and dashboards
