- •💼 The Role We're hiring a Provider Growth Associate (Sales) to work closely with Loulaʼs Founding Sales Lead to grow our doula provider network and build referral partnerships with community-based organizations and healthcare providers.
- •Youʼll play a critical role in expanding our reach and strengthening our connections with birth workers and local partners who serve pregnant and postpartum families. 🚀 What Youʼll Do Use a consistent and thoughtful outreach process (via email, phone, social media, and LinkedIn) to connect with independent doulas, doula collectives & training programs, and community partners.
- •Educate prospective doulas about Loulaʼs platform, clearly communicating our value and answering initial questions via email and phone.
