Senior Software Engineer, DevOps and Infrastructure

Ensure reliability, security, and performance of AI scheduling and workforce management software.

• •Axle Health is seeking a Senior Engineer, DevOps & Infrastructure to own the foundation of their AI scheduling and workforce management software.
• •This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the platform as the company scales.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS, balancing security, scalability, cost, and developer velocity.
• •Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
• •Lead infrastructure-as-code initiatives using Terraform.
• •Implement and enforce HIPAA-compliant security practices.
• •Manage container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and build observability systems.
• •Requirements 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
• •Deep expertise with AWS, including IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch.
• •Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform.
