• •Key Responsibilities Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar Collaborate across disciplines to understand the domain and iterate on projects Protect users' privacy and security through best practices Requirements 6+ years of software engineering experience Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast-paced startup environment Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) Able to learn quickly and mentor others Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
