Drive end-to-end operating structure by documenting and solving technical challenges.
- •Anduril Atlanta Supply Chain team is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team.
- •The Supply Chain Team is responsible for leading complex end-to-end initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, establishing and optimizing cutting-edge processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Introduce the process framework to a diverse set of stakeholders and programs.
- •Guide teams through the rollout process and implementation for their specific area of responsibility.
- •Communicate the importance of business process design and how it contributes to production success.
- •Create and maintain Lucid/Visio visualizations that synthesize information to highlight risks.
- •Facilitate process phase gate evaluations alongside teams.
- •Requirements Bachelors Degree in fields such as business, engineering, math, or sciences. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, change management, project management, program management, or engineering transformation.
- •Strong business acumen together with knowledge of hardware and manufacturing domains.
- •Ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines.
- •Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
