Collection Manager - TL - Lending Collections (EM Recovery)

Manage collection targets and team performance for lending collections.

• •Paytm is seeking a Collection Manager to lead a team of collection officers, manage collection flow, and achieve collection targets for a specified area.
• •This role involves liaising between creditors and consumers to address overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
• •Key Responsibilities Achieve collection targets and control flow cases for the assigned area.
• •Manage a large team of collection officers, focusing on their productivity and performance.
• •Ensure adequate feet-on-street availability and monitor performance against set parameters.
• •Identify and manage training needs of collection executives and evaluate their performance.
• •Support collection officers in legal/police issues and collection activities.
• •Requirements More than 4 years of relevant experience in a Collections role.
• •Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
• •Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
