• •Gecko Robotics is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its nascent product design team.
• •You will embed on a single mission arc, collaborating with product strategists and engineers to understand user needs and drive product development in a complex technical domain.
• •Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers in the field to understand real workflows and constraints.
• •Design and iterate on workflows and interfaces for technically complex domains.
• •Help the team decide what matters and what to ship next in ambiguous problem spaces.
• •Move fluidly from discovery to execution, influencing product strategy and engineering implementation.
• •Requirements Experience owning complex, end-to-end problem spaces as a senior or staff-level product designer.
• •Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and embracing ambiguity.
• •Ability to build strong mental models of complex systems and communicate them effectively.
• •Preference for impact and progress over polish and process.
