• •Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop Team Leaders and Production Operatives Ensure production plans are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, taking corrective action where needed Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks quickly to minimise disruption Manage inbound and outbound BAU operations, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow Requirements At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a production or manufacturing environment Confident leading people, giving clear direction, and supporting teams to perform at their best Solid understanding of production processes and quality control Comfortable managing performance and employee relations matters Communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems Committed to health, safety, and compliance, and lead by example
