• •The Director, Network Deployment is responsible for defining and leading the strategy for BetterUp's coaching network, ensuring it drives measurable partner outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and lead the strategy for how BetterUp's coaching network is enabled to drive measurable partner outcomes.
• •Build and maintain a scalable, commercially viable services offering that GTM can position and sell.
• •Serve as the primary expert and internal advisor on coach deployment strategy.
• •Own the standards and methodology for building high-quality, fit-for-purpose coach deployment strategies.
• •Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for coach onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting.
• •Requirements Strategic ownership and operational accountability for coach deployment services.
• •Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clients receive the right coaching resources.
• •Defining quality standards for deployment health and establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• •Leadership and direction for coach onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting processes.
