- •Engineer GTM strategy and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team of BDRs.
- •Act as the GTM Engineer for your region, optimizing lead routing and data enrichment.
- •Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to tailor go-to-market strategy per vertical.
- •Embed a culture of A/B testing and use data to refine messaging and targeting.
- •Champion cross-border collaboration and ensure Salesforce hygiene.
- •Requirements 3+ years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 1+ year leading a team or driving complex GTM projects.
- •Comfortable with the 'Ops' side of sales and fluent in English and German.
- •Ability to analyze signal patterns and provide predictive insights on trending sectors.
