About the role

Lead and develop a team of BDRs for DACH, CEE, and Nordics regions.

  • Lead and develop a team of BDRs for DACH, CEE, and Nordics regions.
  • Engineer GTM strategy and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
  • Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team of BDRs.
  • Act as the GTM Engineer for your region, optimizing lead routing and data enrichment.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to tailor go-to-market strategy per vertical.
  • Embed a culture of A/B testing and use data to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Champion cross-border collaboration and ensure Salesforce hygiene.
  • Requirements 3+ years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 1+ year leading a team or driving complex GTM projects.
  • Comfortable with the 'Ops' side of sales and fluent in English and German.
  • Ability to analyze signal patterns and provide predictive insights on trending sectors.
