Lead governance, security awareness, and third-party risk management.

• •Lead and uplift governance, security awareness, and third-party risk management across a global payments business, ensuring controls are practical and adopted.
• •Key Responsibilities Operationalize and align policies with day-to-day practice and drive adoption.
• •Design and run targeted security awareness programs and a Security Champions network.
• •Own global Third-Party Risk Management and payment processor assessments.
• •Maintain the risk register, quantify risks, assign owners, and track remediation.
• •Lead and mentor a sub-team and execute hands-on during audits and framework mapping.
• •Requirements Strong working knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• •Proven stakeholder management and high emotional intelligence.
• •Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with delivery focus.
• •Fluent English and excellent communication for executive audiences.
